THERAPIST
Many clients begin therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of where to start. They may feel stuck, weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, and wonder if things can truly get better.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and individualized experience. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating other evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.
I strive to help clients build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, and gain the clarity needed to move forward with greater resilience and self-understanding. Together, we work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual.
