Meet Carmen.
CARMEN LARSON, LCSW
THERAPIST
Life as a young adult can have various challenges and sometimes seemingly uphill battles. Sometimes you may feel like you are stuck in the position you are in, or you may struggle with negative thinking, not quite sure how to move forward.
During sessions, my goal is to create a safe space to freely discuss and address life’s concerns. We will accomplish goals by using a variety of therapeutic techniques that are tailored to you. I will help you identify your strengths and solutions to face your circumstances using a holistic and individualized approach. We will work collaboratively to create a plan developed to meet your goals and make changes in your life.
My goal is for you to feel accepted, seen, and comfortable, so you can see results. During our sessions, you will be empowered to reach your full potential and heal.
